Fish-In-Foil |

| Using fresh or frozen fish fillets, place on heavy-duty aluminum foil large enough to fold over and form a pouch. Coat liberally with Garlic Expressions®. Add sliced onions, peppers, fresh herbs or shallots. Fold and crimp tightly and cook on an outdoor grill or bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. |
