- 1 box of couscous (original plain)
- 1 to 1-1/2 cup of Garlic Expressions®
- 1-11 oz can corn with juice
- 1-3.8 oz can of sliced black olives drained
- chopped green onions
- chopped parsley
- chopped tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green, yellow, orange
- and red peppers, frozen peas
For a quick and easy dish - add ingredients to "uncooked" couscous.
Serve cold. Keeps for 3 to 4 days refrigerated.
